| Hypnotic teutonic precision that goes straight to the brain and doesn't bother with ears. Propaganda were one of only three bands to further the course of electronic music in the 80's, the others being Kraftwerk and New Order. Everything else was pale imitation. Some folks call them industrial. Guess I'm just an old fashioned gal. |

| Their legacy is testamemt to their brilliance. "A Secret Wish" is the ovular work. "1234" came later from an altered line up. "Wishful Thinking" is a remix of "A Secret Wish", including arrangements that didn't get on first time round. |
| In April 1999, three of the original line up started work on a fourth album. |
